1. Introduction
Welcome to Village Safaris Uganda. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tour services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We offer professional tour services to explore the beautiful destinations of Uganda. Our services include guided tours, transportation, accommodation arrangements, and personalized itineraries tailored to your preferences.
3. Booking
To book our services, clients must agree to our pricing, availability, and payment terms. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or modify bookings, subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the services reserved.
5. Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of the tour. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
7. Responsibilities
While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, clients are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings during the tour. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Code of Conduct
We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of services without refund.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the courts of Uganda.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
