Itinerary


Your journey begins with your arrival at Kidepo Valley National Park. After settling into your accommodation, you’ll have the rest of the day to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Narus Valley and the distant mountain ranges. As the sun sets, enjoy a campfire dinner under the African sky, a perfect start to your adventure.


Wake up early for a morning game drive across the vast savannah plains of Kidepo Valley. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and even some endemic species like the cheetah and ostrich. In the afternoon, you’ll visit the local Karamojong community. The Karamojong are a group of Nilotic herders, and your visit will provide insight into their traditional way of life. You’ll learn about their customs, traditions, and the nomadic lifestyle that has defined their culture for generations.


On your final day, take a guided nature walk to explore the park on foot, offering a different perspective and the chance to learn about the park’s flora and fauna. The park spans approximately 1,442 square kilometers and is renowned for its rugged savannah landscape dominated by the 2,750m Mount Morungole.
